No dance experience is necessary! Our classes are designed to be fun and accessible for participants of all fitness and dance levels. Our instructors will guide you through the steps and ensure you have a great time.
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash for in-person registrations. Monthly memberships can be set up for automatic billing to make the process convenient for you.

To avoid injury, prioritize proper form and technique in all exercises. Start with lighter weights or lower intensity to master the movements before progressing. Incorporate a warm-up before starting your workout and cool down afterward to prepare your muscles and help in recovery. Listen to your body—don’t push through pain.
Our classes are open to individuals of all ages. However, we recommend that participants be at least 6 years old. For younger children, supervision is needed by parents. Desi Dance Fitness is not liable for any injury during the class.
