Srividya is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor committed to helping students of all ages reconnect with their body, mind, and breath. With years of experience guiding both beginners and advanced practitioners, she creates a calm, supportive, and energizing environment that encourages personal growth and inner balance.
Her classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and cultivating mindfulness—helping students reduce stress, boost energy, and enhance overall well-being. Srividya believes yoga is more than just physical practice; it is a holistic journey toward harmony, health, and self-awareness.
Trained at Vivekananda and Patanjali Yoga Kendra in India and Metta Yoga Studio in Phoenix, Srividya combines traditional wisdom with modern techniques. She has completed 200 hours of professional yoga teacher training at Metta
Yoga and 100 hours of personal training at Vivekananda, bringing depth, authenticity, and compassion to her teaching.
Through her classes, students not only gain flexibility, strength, and focus but also experience a deeper connection with themselves—making each session both rejuvenating and empowering.
